At Charmed Nexus, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the unique and symbolic nature of our jewelry and talismans, all sales are final.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and shipped. Please ensure that your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different styles, finishes, or gemstones. Each piece is considered final once purchased.

3. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are cases of damaged or defective items upon arrival. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@charmednexus.com with photos of the item and packaging so we may review the situation.
